Pole Parties

If you're celebrating your Hen, Birthday night or just fancied a Girlie get together, then come along for one of our Pole-Parties, guaranteed to start your night off with a bang!

Hen / Birthday/ Girlie Pole-Party - £25.00 per person

My Pole have designed a 2-hour package of fun and frolic to celebrate your birthday, hen party or just a day out with the girls.

We'll start off with an energising warm up to loosen up those muscles then on to the fun!

In the pole section, you will be taught ways on how to build your confidence on stage, deportment and posture, body language. You'll become a whiz on the pole performing eye-catching tricks and sexy moves.

In the lap dance section, you will be taught tantalising moves and grooves along with the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the course you will feel confident enough to take the moves home with you to impress your partner and even Spice up your bedroom!

At the end of the session, each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

Last but not least finishing off with a relaxing warm down.

Please Note:

There must be a minimum of 8 participants to book this package. You may have less than 8 participants, but you will be required to make up the cost of the pole-party to the minimum requirement.

Your allocated session time of 2 hours is reserved for your group ONLY. Your 2 hour slot is allocated for enough time to get changed before and after your pole and lap dance tuition, photography and certificate presentation. Unfortunately, My Pole Dance School cannot grant any extra time after your 2 hour slot for lateness, photography or changing, this MUST all be done within your allocated time slot.

Music - Although we provide a selection of music, please feel free to bring along any CD's to dance along to.
